Lot 24
This younger Fu is out of an outstanding second calver. She was a hit with the college judging teams we bait into this country, likely more my wife’s cooking than my cattle, but they found her regardless. He’s high quality, good haired, and sound structured. First year showman friendly. Surgically dehorned before the sale.
Lot 25
This calf has worlds of good. He’s stout, sound footed, and good bodied. He is a full brother to the market heifer that Brock won a bunch with last year including Reserve Market Animal at La Plata County Fair. As an added bonus, his sister cuts a prime yield grade one carcass, so she won the carcass contest too. So, yep we basically raised and fed a unicorn. Surgically dehorned before the sale.
Lot 26
Lot 27
President Trump is having an easier time getting Brett Kavanaugh appointed to the Supreme Court than you will in finding a shorthorn better than this one. Big back, big hip, huge legs and feet, with unreal hair. Full sib was Reserve Shorthorn last year at Indiana State Fair and won the horns at Hoosier Beef Congress. Hold over size, needs an experienced showman.
Lot 28
I’ve always liked good roan cattle but finding good ones is very difficult! This one is here for the public, latch on. She’s stout like a market heifer and smooth and sound like a breeding heifer. She’s super flat shouldered, awesome in her chest, and swoopy bellied. She’s also big hipped, square backed, and great haired. Copus has taken two full brothers.
