Lot 1

A really good built, sound structured one out of the Olive Oyl cow that Brock showed very successfully a couple of years ago. Very good haired and absolutely gentle and good for any exhibitor. Will be surgically dehorned before sale.

Lot 3

One of the really unique ones to be here this year. He is out of the great flush on Luke and Kristen’s Walks cow. Zipper fronted and truly massive in his hip and hind leg. A great haired steer that is outstanding in his middle body shape. He will be a truck of a fat!

Lot 4

I think this younger steer is really right for the times. He is square and built good, huge middled, sound, and flexible. This one is awesome haired and will feed great for a fall or winter end point.

Lot 5

This cream colored steer would be great for a young exhibitor. He is a good made and soft haired steer that will get better with feed and time. He is so gentle it was hard to get him to get his head up to get the most out of a picture. He comes from the Lowe Family and is New Mexico bred eligible. Will be surgically dehorned before sale.

Lot 9

An absolute stand out, and I think the best one of Luke and Kristen’s flush. She is really hard to fault no matter how critical you are. Her neck rockets out of the top of a smooth flat shoulder, great bodied with lots of shape right out of her spine and perfect on her hip and hind leg. She is the kind that can win in the ring and there is a lot of power in the blood to be an outstanding cow.

Lot 10

Wade and Goet are onto something with Man to Man. These cattle are good. This heifer reads as a market heifer but could still be a cow. Super big backed, stout, tons of rib shape, very smooth shouldered, and flat jointed. She will be a great market heifer but if she got anything from her mother, she has a future after her show career.
