Lot 1

The 755 cow has been an absolute mainstay here for years. She has literally generated well over $150,000 of progeny in her life. This steer, along with lot 8, will be some of the last of her calves to ever sell here. She made steers that won at least 7 Colorado counties: a reserve steer at San Juan, NM, and a champion at a bigger county fair in California, just to name a few. A Champion Maintainer and Reserve Maintainer heifer at Colorado State Fair, along with 5 sale qualifiers at Colorado State Fair. This is a good built, big footed, and sound calf with a ton of fur. He can be ready early. Great feeding and good temperament, just real good.

Lot 2

We have enjoyed having this one around since he was born. We like him well enough that we flushed the cow and made a bunch of full sibs due next spring. Awesome build and structure, big paws, and hair like a mastodon. He needs to go somewhere in the fall, NM State Fair to KC, Dallas aged. We are super excited about these Kolt 45 cattle. This one is good. His brother last year got a banner for Mary Friend at Montrose County Fair.

Lot 3

No secret anymore that lot 3 is my favorite steer on these sales every year. He is definetly no exception. He is good.

Lot 4

Full sib to 3, 5, 17, 22, 26, 32. Huge hip, monster feet, and a good looking one that will feed well. Full sib to the calf that won the Gold Buckle Gala in Missouri this summer.

Lot 5

If you are tired of getting beat by cattle that are stouter than yours, feed this thing. He will not get out powered! He has looked like a baby elephant since the night I fished him out. More bone, muscle, and belly than you’ll find almost anywhere. Looks like he could play Olympic volleyball for the Russian Federation. Good hair, good look, powerhouse.

Lot 6

One of the more unique Wynn in Doubt’s you’ll find. Perfect hip and hind leg, good structured creature with hair and look. He has way more grow than a bunch of stuff out of this bull. He should feed right into almost any summer end point.

Lot 7

We made a litter of these things after some kid from Iowa bought a full sib for good money a couple years ago. That one created a bunch of hype, fundamentally I think this one might be better. Big, big feet and leg hair that would make most girls in Colorado mountain towns jealous. This thing is a freak.

Lot 8

Flush mate to lot 1 and pretty much the same story. They are very similar. Big feet, big hair, good built, and sound. He can be ready early.

Lot 9

Fun colored, moderate calf that is square, cool, and cocky. He is big hipped and good looking. I think he is better suited for a late summer or fall show and would best fit an experienced showman.

Lot 10

This guy was preserved in nitrogen for several years, full sibs won the shorthorns at Hoosier Beef Congress, Reserve at Indiana State Fair, Champion Shorthorn heifer at Colorado State Fair, 3 good horn steers that all branded at Fort Worth, etc. Not sure exactly when he was born because the recip cow snuck off in the river bottom for quite a while, but she had him and took care of him until I went and dug them out. Good shorthorn steer from a royal pedigree.
